Awesome flat. Modern, bright, and with all the amenities. Conveniently located steps away from all of Olomouc's sights, restaurants and bars. Nikola is a great host and provided clear, helpful and timely information about how to check in, where to park, and how to get tickets to the hockey game. Wonderful to work with. Can't wait to come back.

Gorgeous and very well-designed apartment (it’s annoyingly better than my home!). Excellent shower particularly.
Loved the location and Olomouc’s a special and fascinating small city.
When I stayed at Nikola’s, there were road works in the street, so it could be a good idea to take ear-plugs with you. There is also good double-glazing that stops a lot of street noise, but the road works were particularly loud at times.
Overall, wonderful apartment and location. Highly recommended as a great base to explore wonderful Olomouc.

The apartment is located in an 8-storey building, in a microdistrict filled with houses of the same type. However, inside there are large courtyards with seating areas and playgrounds.
The apartment is very cozy and beautiful. An excellent option for an overnight stay. The only thing missing for a full-fledged life is a washing machine, and one could live a long time.
We walked to the city center, but you could use trams; one of the branches is nearby. 650 m to a large Lidl, there is also another supermarket very close.
Olomouc exceeded all expectations, the old town is small but cozy, there are few tourists, but there is a lot of atmosphere.

Pokud využiješ našeho ubytování, budeš mít pár kroků Dolní i Horní náměstí - CENTRUM krásné Olomouce. V blízkosti je mnoho barů, kaváren, restaurací a útulných míst k posezení. Můžeš vzít celou rodinu nebo i domácího mazlíčka. Apartmán je vhodný pro děti a máme i základní vybavení pro tvého psa nebo kočku. Prostorný apartmán s kuchyní, která je bohatě vybavena a koupelnou, která má dvě umyvadla a pračku. Tady se nudit nebudeš! Obzvlášť vhodné pro ty, kteří chtějí zažít kouzla večerního města.
